Hold the Date!

In this workshop we’ll craft a treasure pocket for your (or a beloved’s) favorite jacket. These secret pockets can be sewn into a garment over the heart and filled with talismans for connection, bravery, or protection. When filled with tokens or reminders such as shells, stones, dried plants, or secret love notes, these mobile reliquaries can help us feel connected in times of alone-ness and distance.

Class will be held at the new showroom of Takara Design, Port Townsend, Washington.
